PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a decorative sheet from peeling off from a game base board; and to improve durability of a cutting tool, when forming a through-hole in a game board by performing cutting work to the decorative sheet side from the game base board side by the cutting tool of a router processing machine. SOLUTION: In a state of being fixed on a surface plate 13 of the router processing machine by mutually superposing a decorative sheet 1 and a bottom board 9 of drawing the design figure joined to a front face of the game base board 2 in the game board 4, when boring the through-hole 16 in the game board 4 by the cutting tool 17 of the router processing machine, when a recess hole 12 prearranged in the bottom board 9 thrusts through the game board 4, the cutting tool 17 is made to escape, and the decorative sheet 1 around the through-hole 1 is received, and is prevented from peeling off from the game base board 2.
