摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for retrieving the substrate ofβ-glycosidase and for improving theβ-glycosidase by an arbitrary mutation operation. SOLUTION: The crystal of high gradeβ-glycosidase is obtained and then subjected to a X-ray crystal structure analysis to elucidate its three-dimensional structure.
