The inner shroud (6) of the stator blades (3) of the compressor of a gas turbine is formed from a one-piece plastic component in which is bonded or concentrated in the sub-regions with a defined function a specific additive for establishing the thermal expansion of the shroud and to achieve the necessary characteristics required in these sub-regions, and/or prefabricated inserts with such characteristics are formed therein. The plastic component contains additive in fiber and/or powder form.
