The operating unit for a friction clutch has at least one operating component (222,224) which is axially adjustable relative to at least one axially fixed support component (220) for the exerting of operating forces through the intermediary of an actuator (522,524). The operating unit has a transmission device (514,516) transmitting operating forces of the actuator directly or indirectly at least to the operating component, through which a rotational position of the support component is adjustable or the support component is supported against torsional movement. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) a clutch assembly, especially a double clutch (10), for installing in the drive train of a motor vehicle between a power plant and transmission; and (B) a drive train of a motor vehicle incorporating a clutch assembly with the proposed operating unit. |
