The two guide rail sections each rest on a support arm (7) and define a cutting plane (9) through which the blade protrudes. The blade sits on a blade holder (11) that can be displaced perpendicularly to the cutting plane against the restoring force of a spring (10) from a position of rest into a position of use. The blade protrudes through the cutting plane only in the position of use and not in the position of rest.
