<p>The invention relates to a radio receiver that demultiplexes a multiplex signal having an occupied band in the submillimeter wave band or a higher frequency band and enables channel-by-channel heterodyne detection. An object of the invention is to attain high transmission quality at a low cost without the need for changing the configuration to a large extent. To this end, in a radio receiver according to the invention, automatic gain controls are performed parallel on signals of respective channels obtained by demultiplexing and frequency conversions by using, as a reference, a maximum one of the levels of those signals. <IMAGE></p> |
