<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a roller member, obtaining a roller member having uniform internal cell structure and surface structure overall in the member. <P>SOLUTION: This manufacturing method of a roller member includes a process of injecting raw material 4 at least containing a foaming agent in a hollow metal mold body 1 with a core bar 3 passed through the center line of the hollow metal body 1. With the metal mold body 1 disposed so that the longitudinal direction is substantially horizontal, the raw material 4 is injected into the vicinity of the longitudinal central part in the metal mold body 1. Preferably after a nozzle 5 is inserted in the metal body 1, while the metal mold body 1 or the nozzle 5 is moved in the direction of separating from the other thereof in the longitudinal direction, the raw material 3 is injected into the metal mold body 1 by the nozzle 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
