<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-height broadband-operative antenna without needing a filter for preventing the interference with other communication systems. <P>SOLUTION: The antenna comprises a dielectric board 11 having a first triangular antenna conductor 21 on the upside and a second triangle antenna conductor 22 on the underside which faces at and is smaller than the first conductor 21, and a ground conductor 31 formed adjacently to the first antenna conductor on the upside of the dielectric board 11.
