PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accuracy evaluation program of a coordinate measuring machine enabling a user himself to perform simply accuracy evaluation of the coordinate measuring machine by using a personal computer or the like. SOLUTION: In this program, coordinates (X, Y, Z) of the hole C2 center on the end face C1 position of twelve bushes B1-B12 provided on a master block 2 and each bush hole diameter dimension are measured on the reference position and on the inverted position determined by inverting the position at 180 degrees around a vertical axis (Z-axis) of the master block 2, and geometric accuracy (upper and lower/right and left straightness, perpendicularity, an indication error) of this coordinate measuring machine 2 used for measurement is calculated automatically based on measurement data. The program allows the computer to execute a calculation process for analyzing position data of the bushes B1-B12 inputted into the computer and compensating an accuracy error of the master block itself, and a calculation process for performing error evaluation of the coordinate measuring machine based on the compensated position data.
