PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing device enabling an wheelchair user to easily remove dirt adhered to a wheel without help of a caregiver. SOLUTION: The washing device is structured to enable the wheelchair user to wash wheels with a washing tool and washing water by rotating the wheels of the wheelchair all by oneself, without the help of the caregiver, in a washing water storage tank provided with the washing tool.
