PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reproducing apparatus, provided with a dual media function enabling only a loudspeaker to acoustically output traffic information, without influencing the acoustic output of a headphone, even when an interrupt of the traffic information or the like occurs, without requiring complicated control. SOLUTION: An on-vehicle audio apparatus 1, provided with a plurality of reproducing sources 2A and a microcomputer 21 with the dual media function whereby the loudspeaker 5 and the headphone 6 acoustically output different reproducing signals among reproducing signals from the plurality of reproducing sources, is provided with an interrupt detection section 19 for detecting an interrupt signal denoting start of the reception of the traffic information; and when it detects the interruption signal, the microcomputer enables only a front loudspeaker 5A to acoustically and interruptingly output the traffic information, while keeping the sound output to the headphone, as it is, and a rear loudspeaker 5B with respect to the reproduction signals being selected at present.
