PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit room door frame supporting structure capable of securely preventing a door frame from being displaced downward by supporting a load on the peripheral edge flange part of a floor pan without changing the structure of the peripheral edge flange part and providing excellent working efficiency as a structure for locking to the flange part. SOLUTION: In this supporting structure for the door frame 2 vertically installed at the peripheral edge portion of the floor pan 1 of a unit room, a hook member 4 is locked to the peripheral edge flange part 3 of the floor pan 1, and a fixture 5 supportingly fixing the frame 2 is fixedly supported on the hook member 4.
