PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Roman shade which can aim at, for example, improvement in an appearance or failure prevention, a subject in the large-sized Roman shade. SOLUTION: A fabric 14 whose upper end is fixed to a head rail 12, a rise and fall cord 16 hanging down so as to rise to and fall from the head rail 12, and two or more cord guides 18, which are set to the fabric 14 at a predetermined spacing in vertical orientations and through which the rise and fall cords pass, are included. Each of the cord guides 18 is attached to the fabric 14 movably in relation to the right and left directions of the fabric 14 and is movable according to the position variation even if the travel path is varied in right and left directions at the time of rise and fall of the rise and fall cord. Thus, a resistance given from the cord guide to the rise and fall cord is reduced and cutting of the rise and fall cord or failure of the cord guide, etc. can be prevented.
