PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the water-tightness of a joint part of a container and to more securely joint the joint part. SOLUTION: The sealed container 7 to be inserted into a body cavity is structured by jointing a distal end cover 71 and a casing 72. The sealed container 7 has joint surfaces 710a and 720a in contact with each other by superimposing joint ends 710 and 720 of the distal end cover 71 and the casing 72 respectively in and out of the sealed container 7, and lock means 710b and 720b between the joint faces 710a and 720a for holding the jointed state between the distal end cover 71 and the casing 72 by the engagement of the projection 710b and the groove 720b. An adhesive is infiltrated between the joint surfaces 710a and 720a jointing the distal end cover 71 and the casing 72 with each other. As a result, the bonded part between the distal end cover 71 and the casing 72 does not move, so that coming off of the adhesive because of the deterioration is prevented and the distal end cover 71 and the casing 72 can be securely jointed, securing the water-tightness between the distal end cover 71 and the casing 72.
