PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feeding device capable of preventing overlap feed caused by a snowslide phenomenon of a paper sheet and reducing conveyance load during conveyance of the paper sheet. SOLUTION: This feeding device 50 is provided with a hopper 51 provided to be swingable around a swing shaft 51a while supporting the paper sheet in an inclined attitude, and a feed roller 53 provided at a rotationally driven feed roller shaft 54 and rotated in contact with the paper sheet to feed the paper sheet to the downstream side. A member having guide rollers 57, 58 drivenly rotated in contact with the paper sheet, and swinging around a swing shaft 63a to be put in advancing/receding operation to a paper feeding path, is provided near the feed roller 53 from the side view of the paper feeding path.
