A first G-bit key transformation process inputs and transforms G-bit key data having G bits, a nd outputs first G-bit transformed key data. A second G-bit transformation process inputs and transforms the first G-bit transformed key data output from the first G-bit key transformation process, and outputs second G-bit transformed key data.
