<p>PURPOSE: A fermentation room structure of organic waste is provided, to reduce the mechanical load of a driving motor installed in a stirrer and to prevent the leakage of drained water, thereby improving the durability. CONSTITUTION: The fermentation room structure comprises a fermentation room(100); a fermentation tank(200); a tunnel(600) separating the fermentation room(100) and the fermentation tank(200); a stirrer which moves forward and backward along the rail(210) formed on the fermentation tank(200) and is placed outside of the tunnel when the operation is terminated; and a ventilation pipe(300) which discharges the gas and steam generated at the fermentation tank(200), penetrates from the fermentation room(100) to the tunnel(600) and is connected with the deodorization apparatus placed outside of the fermentation room. Some part of a source addition apparatus and a compost discharge apparatus is placed inside the tunnel. In the fermentation tank(200), the part where composite material is added, is higher than the part where composite material is discharged.</p> |
