METHOD OF OBTAINING PROTEIN MEAL OF OIL SEED CAKE

A method of obtaining protein meal of oil seed cake includes comminuting the cake by flat impact action with the following bolting by means of shifting the cake with brushes along the cylindrical surface of the sieves, sizes of the openings of which are chosen as lesser than 1000 ?m depending on the further use of the product obtained, and made of elastic threads. In doing so the shifting is made along the screw line imparting the oscillation movement to the sieve surface.
