The enclosure has corner posts or intermediate studs provided on an inner part of a hollow tubular structure, where the posts are made of composite material. Two longitudinal bodies are formed on the posts. Lower ends of the bodies are connected to a base plate that is fixed to ground or supporting surface by screws. An external tank is attached to the studs for filling water. Clamps are connected to the studs. Glass panels are provided on a side of the tubular structure.
