The proposed method of payment for goods and services with discount is distinctive by increased speed in performing payment transactions that results in the increase of trade turnover and the number of steady purchasers. The method consists in previously entering the data on the number of the credit card and the identification number of the purchaser in the data base, determining the cost of goods or services to be purchased, and entering the corresponding data in the system for accomplishing payment transactions, determining the sum of discount depending on the purchase rate, total cost, time of purchase, or cost of one-time purchase of goods or services. The purchaser pays for the goods or services by cash or a credit card. The sum of the discount is returned to the purchaser directly, passed to the account of the credit card of the purchaser or to other account that is indicated by the purchaser, or returned to the purchaser as additional goods or services.
