摘要 <p>A method of making natural apricot and carrot powder such that homogenizing, drying, cooling in two stages, hermetic packaging are carried out. Apricot fruit isolated of the stones are dispersed together with boiled carrot in the ratio of components as follows: apricots - 80-84% and carrot - 20-16%. A natural food stabilizer is added, the homogenized mixture is dried at the temperature of a heat carrier at the entry in a drying chamber of 170-175 DEGREE C, the powder dried is removed from the interior surfaces of the drying chamber in the regime of pneumomechanic mixing and is cooled at the first stage up to a temperature of 70-75 DEGREE C.</p>
