摘要 The invention relates to a method for producing a waffle product using at least two waffle sheets (10a, 10b). The inventive product contains food or fodder. A layer (10c) of a food product, e.g. confectionery, a meat product, a fish product, a dairy product, a cheese product, a fruit product, a vegetable product or the like or nuts, almonds, etc., is applied to a still hot waffle sheet (10b) that is conveyed from the oven (1) and, according to prior art, is provided with a content of sugar of at least 30 % or a similar content of a matter having the same technological characteristics as sugar, trehalose for instance. A still hot waffle sheet (10a) having a content of sugar of at least 30 % or a corresponding content of a matter having the same technological characteristics as sugar, trehalose for instance, is applied to said layer. The two hot waffle sheets (10a, 10b) which contain the layer (10c) of a food product are subsequently connected to one another by pressing.
