The prosthesis has a shank (110) for inserting into the medullary canal of the bone, and a thrust collar (115) which is applied to the bone metaphysis and has at least one aperture (120) for inserting a metaphysis reconstitution tool, such as a chisel, osteotome or drill. The aperture (120) is in the form of at least one elongated slot extending radially as far as one edge of the collar (115) or, in a variant, a number of small-diameter circular holes located close to the connecting zone (124A) between shank and collar. The metaphysis zone of the prosthesis can be in two branches connected to the collar at two points, with apertures located on both sides of the connecting points. |
