PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incinerator of waste which can sufficiently suck combustion exhaust gas at low temperature and does not require an extra device for air suction such as draft fan. SOLUTION: A stoker type combustion chamber 3 of waste is provided at a lower part and a second combustion space 6 is provided at an upper part. In the combustion chamber 3, suction ports 11 of the combustion exhaust gas are formed at a dry step 2a and an upper wall part 1d of side wall parts 1a, 1c at the rear combustion step 2c side of a furnace main body 1 equipped with the dry steps 2a, the combustion step 2b, a rear combustion step 2c. An ejector 12 provided in a secondary air supply pipe 9 for supplying secondary air to a secondary combustion space 6 and the suction ports 11 are connected by an exhaust gas suction pipe 13.
