PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking device for an opening/closing body capable of being easily miniaturized. SOLUTION: Turn of a latch body 15 can be held by swing operation of a second earthquake sensing body 13 without using a latch holding device 14. The second earthquake sensing body 13 can be attached to a part below the latch holding device 14. The second earthquake sensing body 13 is provided so as to swing centered on a turn shaft parallel with turn shafts of the latch holding device 14 and the latch body 15. A storage space in a case body 11 by the second earthquake sensing body 13, the latch holding device 14, and the latch body 15 can be reduced. The case body 11 can be miniaturized.
