PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superconductivity plane circuit filter which can regulate an amount of electromagnetic couplings between a plurality of resonators of a high temperature superconductor according to desired filter characteristics without changing a capacity. SOLUTION: The superconductivity plane circuit filter uses a filter circuit substrate 10 by which the plurality of the resonators 12 are formed on the front surface of a dielectric substrate 11 using a high temperature superconductor pattern. In this filter circuit substrate, a pattern 30 for controlling coupling which can be regulated by changing the amount of the electromagnetic couplings between the resonators in a pattern shape, such as change of a pattern width M, etc., is disposed on the front surface of the dielectric substrate between the resonator and the resonator. Therefore, even if the filter characteristics are changed by a desire, the filter circuit substrate and the capacity of a cavity which contains it do not change. In this case, a pattern 30 for coupling control is formed by the high temperature superconductor pattern in principle, but a plate made of a dielectric may be used instead.
