PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiper device mounting structure to reduce noise in a cabin attributable to the vibration of a tail gate. SOLUTION: A shaft 5a of a wiper motor 5 is supported by a through hole 2b in a tail gate 2 through which the shaft 5a of the wiper motor 5 to drive a wiper device 3 of the tail gate 2 of a vehicle via a flexible grommet 9, a wiper motor bracket 6 is mounted on the wiper motor 5, and the wiper motor bracket 6 is mounted on a vehicle body side via a rubber bush 7.
