PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the safety by shortening the time when the visibility is poor, and to prevent degradation of a blade rubber and damages on a glass surface. SOLUTION: A spray nozzle 32 to spray washer liquid 33 against a glass surface to be wiped is provided for a wiper blade 20b.
