PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the tool service life by reducing a cutting load in an end mill such as a ball end mill and a radius end mill. SOLUTION: A cutting edge 2 is formed into an axially symmetrical twist blade in a bottom surface view. A first cutting edge 2A and a second cutting edge 2B are formed by making chamfers 4A and 4B adjacent to the cutting directional side.
