PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simply-structured device for implant attachment with excellent operability, by which surgery is performed, while directly feeling the sense of a device tip end part to contact a vertebra, and a drill, etc., is advanced by an arbitrary angle with respect to an axis by operating a handle. SOLUTION: A handle operating part 15 and an implant holding part 2 are integrally connected on the same axial line by a hollow connection tube 18. The implant holding part 2 internally comprises; a rotary body 11 for freely rotatably and removably holding an implant 20 in an orthogonally crossed state with respect to the axial line; and a driving body 13 for driving the rotary body 11. One end of a rotary axis arranged in the hollow connection tube 18 is engaged with the handle operating part 15, and the other end is with the driving body 13.
