PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the possibility of a deadlock, in advance, without actually running an object program of deadlock detection. SOLUTION: The deadlock previous detection program makes a computer execute a 1st procedure of reading in operation logic design information, comprising a plurality of processing steps including an access step accompanied by access to one of a plurality of databases, a 2nd procedure of generating a processing route comprising at least two access steps based on the operation logic design information, a 3rd procedure of acquiring the 1st access step and 2nd access step from the processing route, a 4th procedure of deciding whether the order of access to the database in the 1st and 2nd access steps is a predetermined access order, and a 5th procedure of indicating deviation from the predetermined access order, when it is decided that the access order is not the predetermined access order.
