PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a mass spectrometer for correcting all skews in a spectrum. SOLUTION: The mass spectrometer comprises a means 320 for optimizing the mass spectrometer from on the measurement standard of mass spectrometry performance, a means 330 for collecting mass spectrum data, a means 340 for comparing the measurement mass spectrum data with the reference mass spectrum data, and a means 350 for correcting the measurement mass spectrum data from the comparison.
