At least a part of the wiring (5) comprises a base material film (11) formed with cleavage inducing sections (13) which are cleavable by hand, and a circuit (14) printed on one surface of the base material film in such a shape as to make a detour around the cleavage inducing sections (13). It is possible to extend the wiring (5) and circuit (14) by cleaving the cleavage inducing sections (13).</p>
