<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise tool, which is to be used as a tool for avoiding adult disease as a nation-wide issue, for gaining shaping-up and dietary effects primarily for women, training muscle power of young and aged men and women, gaining rehabilitation effects and assisting development of a child by stimulating the cerebral nerves by causing the child to play with the tool as a toy, which exercise tool can totally support whole body exercise primarily of the hands and feet, enhancement of the strength of the hands and fingers which are apt to become weak due to aging and lack of exercise and health improvement of the whole body by stimulation on the therapeutic point of the sole. <P>SOLUTION: The exercise tool for a human being to exercise using the hands or the hands and feet comprises a soft grasp member made totally of or having the surface made of a soft elastic material so as not to injure the skin or the like of the human being. Rotational force of inertia is induced by turning the member with inertia by the human being to facilitate whole body exercise. The elastic grasp instrument has a size to be grasped by the human palm, and is made of synthetic resin, rubber, sponge, a bag containing liquid, gas, solid etc., or the like so that the human being can repeat motion of grasping the instrument.
