<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel battery system capable of preventing electric shock or the like, having a simple structure, in carrying out cooling or warming-up of a fuel battery. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel battery system, equipped with the fuel battery 10 generating electrical energy by the electrochemical reaction of hydrogen and oxygen, and one or more heat exchangers 101, 102 for exchanging heat with the fuel battery 10 with the use of a heating medium, has insulating layers 103, 104 provided between the fuel battery 10 and the heat exchangers 101, 102. The fuel battery 10 is structured by laminating a plurality of cells generating electrical energy by electrochemical reaction of hydrogen and oxygen, and the heat exchangers 101, 102 are arranged in parallel with the laminating direction of the cells so as to be in contact with each cell via the insulating layers 103, 104. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
