<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biotissue prosthesis suppressing leakage of the prosthetic cultured bone from a defect even in a case of a relatively large osseous defect, suppressing the mixing of a soft tissue to be a cause of ossification inhibition from the outside, and promoting the osseous defect restoration and to provide its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: This osseous prosthesis (biotissue prosthesis) 7 is provided with a composite membrane 8 composed of β-TCP and a biodegradable material such as collagen, and the cultured bone (osseous prosthesis) 5 filling the osseous defect 3; and the cultured bone 5 is wrapped with the composite membrane 8. The cultured bone 5 is provided with an osteogenic operation by employing β-TCP molding prosthetic to the osseous defect 3 as a base material. The composite membrane 8 is a porous material, is formed into a bone shape of the defect based on morphological information of the osseous defect 3 obtained by roentgenography, CT (Computerized Tomography) and the like, and has its end formed engageable with an autologous bone 6 of the osseous defect 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
