<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder fluidity evaluation apparatus and a powder fluidity evaluation method with high accuracy and no individual difference by a measuring person, to provide an electrostatic charge image developing toner which gives high picture quality with favorable dot reproducibility by using the above powder fluidity evaluation method, and to provide a manufacturing apparatus which can stably produce the above electrostatic charge image developing toner. <P>SOLUTION: The powder fluidity evaluation apparatus is equipped with at least a conical rotor which is made to intrude while rotated into a powder phase in a container housing the powder (called as a powder storage container), a torque meter to detect the torque generating when the conical rotor is made to intrude into the powder phase and/or a load cell to detect the load imposed on the powder storage container by the rotation of the rotor. The apparatus is used to evaluate the fluidity of toner by making the conical rotor intrude while rotated and measuring the load or torque generated when the conical rotor moves in the powder phase. The apparatus is equipped with a means to flatten the powder phase (a flattening means). Before the conical rotor is made to intrude into the powder phase, the powder phase is flattened by the flattening means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
