<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-insulating paper cup with sufficient heat insulation, printing effects on appearance and easy disposability, and capable of being manufactured at a relatively low cost. <P>SOLUTION: The heat-insulating paper cup consists of a paper cup body including a barrel member and a bottom member, and an outer wound part made of a heat-shrinkable foamed sheet to be wound around the outer periphery of the barrel member of the cup body.
