<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf ball economically manufactured by known manufacturing equipment, and having spin control, durability and the touch while following a regulation. <P>SOLUTION: This golf ball has a core 12, a mantle 14, an inside cover layer 16 and an outside cover layer 18. The core 12 has a solid elastic structure capable of forming the spin control and the mantle 14. The mantle 14 has high elasticity, and a cover is composed of an inside cover 16 and an outside cover 18.
