PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolytic capacitor wherein its capacitance value can be made extremely large without deteriorating its frequency characteristic, and generations of its warp and crack are so suppressed as to be able to obtain its high reliability. SOLUTION: The solid electrolytic capacitor A1 has a porous sintered body 1 made of a metal having valve action, and the porous sintered body 1 is stored in a metal case 2. Preferably, the metal case 2 is made of a metal having valve action, and the metal case 2 and the porous sintered body 1 constitute an anode wherein both are brought into mutual electric continuity. Further, a dielectric layer and a solid electrolyte layer are formed in the porous sintered body 1, and this solid electrolyte layer is a cathode. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
