PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To structure a screw transmitting device (screw assembly) capable of continuously adjusting relative position of a receiver nut in relation to a screw spindle and facilitated in fitting thereof. SOLUTION: The receiver nuts 16, 116 and 216 are formed freely to rotate in relation to support nuts 14, 114 and 214, and while can be engaged with the support nuts 14, 114 and 214 by fastening.
