PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a marine environment analysis device for clarifying an influence on the field of a flow exerted from a submarine topography, and resultantly showing clearly a physical process of vortex generation. SOLUTION: In this marine environment analysis device, optionally set submarine topographical data are calculated by a submarine topographical data input part 1, and space-time data of the marine environment such as a water temperature, a salt content, or a flow velocity are calculated by a numerical value marine model part 2. Potential energy and kinetic energy are calculated by an energy calculation part 3, and a conversion rate between the energies is calculated by an energy conversion rate calculation part 4. Differential values between the energies and the energy conversion rates calculated from the two different submarine topographical data are calculated by an energy parameter difference calculation part 5. The energy parameter is displayed by an energy parameter display part 6. Thus, an energy distribution and an energy conversion process by the submarine topography are grasped relatively, to thereby clarify the physical process of the vortex generation.
