PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processing device of high stability, light weight, and low price, capable of coping with a resistance feed back type preamplifier and a pulse reset type preamplifier, and also capable of reducing the analogue circuit to the necessary minimum by executing a digital operation processing instead of a pole-zero compensation circuit of an analogue circuit. SOLUTION: The signal processing device for processing the pulse signal from a radiation detector etc., is constituted of a step wave regeneration and correction part. When a digital signal of non-step wave is inputted to the step wave regeneration and correction part, it is regenerated in the step wave digital signal and outputted by the step wave regeneration and correction part by the digital operation processing.
