PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric heater capable of cooling a cooling requirement component such as an electrical component throughout a long period of time without separating it from a heating element. SOLUTION: A cooling fan 42 with upper and lower ends respectively fixed by screws 41, etc. is arranged in a front side of a diode 35 of a frame body 34, and it is composed so as to forcibly cause a flow of air in a cover member 14. The cooling fan 42 is composed so that a fin body 43 having a rotary shaft extending in fore and aft directions in a center is provided in an interior, and air in the rear is sent to the front by rotating the fin body 43.
