PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water temperature holding device which can be easily taken out without wetting clothing and the like when the device is taken out of a bathtub. SOLUTION: A hot water temperature holding device A, which can be put in and taken out of a bathtub and can hold the hot water temperature in the bathtub, comprises a case 1 in which passage ports 1a, 1b through which hot water can pass are formed, a space part which is provided in this case 1 and through which hot water can pass, a heater 5 provided in this space part, a float 4 provided attachably to/detachably from an upper part of the case 1, and a cord member 15 connecting the case 1 and the float 4.
