PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil-less clutch remarkably reduced in production cost, reduced in the number of parts, simply formed, and reduced in size and weight. SOLUTION: This coil-less clutch comprises a rotating shaft 11 in which a spline 11a is formed, a gear 12 concentrically rotating with the rotating shaft 11, a disk 14 having a spline 14a formed on the inner peripheral side thereof engaged with the rotating shaft 11 and concentrically rotating with the rotating shaft 11, a spring 13 energizing the rotating shaft 11 and the disk 14 to be separated from each other in the axial direction, and a wire rope 15 stretched across the outer peripheral surface of a gear 12 and the outer peripheral surface of the disk 14.
