PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection control device for highly accurate fuel injection control in consideration of the influences of cylinder pressure. SOLUTION: The fuel injection control device 1 comprises a target injection amount computation part 40 and a correcting computation part 50 using an injector 4-1 for computation to obtain a corrected target fuel injection amount required to obtain a target fuel injection amount. The correcting computation part 50 consists of a first computation part 51 for computing a standard target fuel injection amount in response to the target fuel injection amount and the target pressure of high pressure fuel and in accordance with standard fuel injection property data for the injector 4-1 in a cylinder, a data storage part 53 storing individual fuel injection property data for the injector 4-1 in the cylinder, and a second computation part 52 for computing a correction value for the standard target fuel injection amount in accordance with the standard target fuel injection amount and the individual fuel injection property data.
