<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively avoid processing (use) of data to be processed by illegally altering processing convention data when the data to be processed are processed on the basis of the processing convention data. <P>SOLUTION: A first feature quantity extraction part 1 of a data processor of a distribution source acquires a 1st feature quantity which is unique to a 1st execution code from the 1st execution code. Then, a 1st processing part 2 generates 2nd contents data which can generate 1st contents data on the basis of the 1st feature quantity, on the basis of the 1st feature quantity and the 1st contents data. Then, a 2nd feature quantity extraction part 3 acquires a 2nd feature quantity which is unique to the 2nd contents data.
