<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap for a medical plastic container which prevents a liquid medicine held therein from being contaminated by the fragments of the rubber of the cap or those of a plastic film, which occur when the needle is stuck into the cap, and also prevents the liquid from leaking from the cap. <P>SOLUTION: The cap 10 includes: an outer cap 20 which has opening in the top, an inner cap 40 which has opening in the top and is fitted in the outer cap, and a rubber cap 30 fitted between the outer cap 20 and the inner cap 40. The inner cap 40 includes an opening in the top and a connection weld part at the bottom, which is welded to the medical plastic container. The rubber cap 30 includes a top face having a flange and legs extending from the underside of the top face. The legs of the rubber cap 30 are inserted in the opening of the inner cap 40 liquid-tightly.
