<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an real estate management support system and method and an real estate management support program for generalizing and systemizing the self-management and autonomous operation of real estates to directly support the operation. <P>SOLUTION: This real estate management support system is provided with a database 10 which stores real estate information, a server 3 which discloses the real estate information to a terminal over the Internet and terminals 1 and 2 which browse the real estate information via the Internet, or registers it in the server. The server 3 is provided with a plurality of real estate management operation support means, which support the operation of real estate property shown by the real estate information registered in the database 10.
